Project Description:
These homeowners wanted to build a year round deck without closing it
off. With a few questions and some more brainstorming we all agreed we
should take the roof line straight across, change the style of the upper
floor windows and build a deck to take advantage of the valley view. We
also extended the deck by 3 feet to allow room for the barbecue to be
pushed out of view when not in use. They now have a deck they can enjoy
year round. We really enjoyed working with these customers. This was a
great team effort.
Project Description:
These homeowners already had a deck, but wanted to completely enclose
the walls and make it a year round use room. We talked about different
materials and all agreed to carry the trim and siding throughout the
interior and exterior. We measured the windows to be half the width of
the patio doors and spaced everything accordingly. They even put a
rocking chair in the room when we were all done. Great people to work
for, they had many great ideas.
Project Description:
This couple in shoreline had damaged siding and their house just needed
a little maintenance on the front wall due to the weather. We trimmed
out the windows in the rest of the house with Azek brickmold and the
front wall was trimmed out with Azek trim as well. We also replaced the
siding on the top of the walkway in front.
